She is currently Deputy Director of Undergraduate Programs and Assistant Professor in Economics and Quantitative Methods at SP Jain School of Global Management, Sydney.

She is an internationally trained academic with over a decade of experience spanning economics, finance, and quantitative research. Her interdisciplinary expertise encompasses sustainability economics, behavioral finance, artificial intelligence in economic modeling, and data analytics.

Dr. Chadha’s research has been published in high-impact journals including Computers in Human Behaviour: Artificial Humans (ABDC A) and MDPI Sustainability, with work spanning AI applications in finance, circular economy practices, and sustainable agriculture. She has presented at prestigious international conferences including the International Conference of Agricultural Economists and has been featured in educational telecasts reaching broad audiences across India.

She has secured competitive research funding from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and the University of Delhi, leading projects on agricultural sustainability and tourism development. Dr. Chadha has mentored over 45 research projects and supervised action learning initiatives connecting academic research with industry practice across Australia, China, and India.
